Looking for something a little different over the summer?

Come and join our Holiday at Home Club with Reigate Methodist Church – a friendly, relaxed space where seniors can spend a few enjoyable hours each day taking part in light activities, good conversation, and maybe even a cup of tea and a treat or two!

It’s the perfect way to enjoy some company, try something new, and make the most of your day – all while staying close to home.

  • MONDAY 11th of August. Join us between 14:00 and 16:00 for CRAFTING. Design a greetings card, make a book mark, paint a plant pot or decorate a fan – all while enjoying tea, cake and good company
  • TUESDAY 12th of August. Join us between 11:00 and 13:00 for GAMES. Challenge someone to a game of table tennis, take part in a quiz, enjoy a crossword puzzle or pick one of the many board games we have available. Coffee and biscuits will be served during the morning
  • TUESDAY 12th of August. Join us for lunch from 13:00. A freshly made ploughman’s will be waiting for you at the Hub Cafe in the Community Centre. BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. Please add your name to the list by dropping by the Community Centre office or calling 01737 652256 and asking for your name to be added to our list
  • WEDNESDAY 13th of August. Join us between 14:00 and 16:00 for a home made cream tea. No booking necessary but to help with numbers, please add your name to the list by dropping by the Community Centre office or calling 01737 652256
  • FRIDAY 14th of August. Enjoy a sight seeing trip to Holmbury Hill followed by tea and cake at Horsham Methodist Church. Meet at Reigate Community Centre for a prompt departure at 13:30, returning around 17:00. THIS EVENT IS FULLY BOOKED. You can still add your name to the list in case of any cancellations but a place cannot be guaranteed

All events either take place at, or start at Reigate Community Centre, behind Reigate Methodist Church, High Street, Reigate, RH2 9AE. Nearest parking is Morrisons (maximum of two hours) or at any of the town centre car parks.

All of the activities listed above are free but donations are welcome.
