THE TREE & DECORATIONS (provided by the sponsoring groups/organisations)
- Artificial or natural, provided by each organisation, between 3 and 5 feet high (top to floor) so it can be either free-standing or placed on a platform. Make a statement this year – the bigger the better!
- Decoration of choice, e.g. representing your organisation. Battery-operated lights only please (there are not enough sockets in the church for mains lights)
- Please consider a new theme for your 2025 tree if you have previously displayed a Christmas Tree with us
- There is NO cost to organisations displaying a tree
THE DATES
- Setting up – bring to Reigate Community Centre behind the Methodist church on the High Street between 16:00 and 20:00 on Wednesday evening 26-Nov-25 or between 09:30 and 11:00 on Thursday 27-Nov-24. Please drop off using the Centre car park (access road by the side of Morrisons or from Priory Park)
- Open to visitors:
- Thursday 27-Nov-25 from midday to 17:00
- Friday 28-Nov-25 from 10:00 to 17:00
- Saturday 29-Nov-25 from 10:00 to 17:00 (the day of the Reigate Christmas Fayre)
- Collecting – from the Centre between 09:00 and 13:00 on Monday 01-Dec-25 or at a later date, by appointment
DURING THE FESTIVAL
- The name of the sponsoring organisation will be next to each tree. There will also be an electronic list of all the trees, with space for a short description and contact details for your organisation. You can leave business cards and/or flyers around your tree
- There will be donation boxes for our chosen charity this year – (still to be agreed)
- Entrance is via the Church from the High Street, or via the Centre from the side of Morrisons and from Priory Park
- Wheelchair access is via the lift in the Centre
- Volunteers will be present in the Church and Centre to welcome visitors. They can also switch on/off your tree’s lights
- Tea, coffee and cake will be available from the Hub café downstairs in the Centre. Toilets are both upstairs and downstairs
